The Yoga Recharge sessions are a great way to “recharge” your body, mind and spirit. We combine basic hatha yoga poses with joint mobility, stretching and corrective exercises to help you increase your range of motion, improve mobility and stability, increase flexibility, develop balance, and improve postural alignment. We also incorporate breathing techniques to help reset your nervous system, and relaxation tools to boost your recovery.
