We are giving back to the community  we love and offering you a FREE Class starting on

Monday 12/2 through Saturday 12/21!  

Do something healthy and fun to take care of YOU this holiday season!

We specialize in teaching StrongFirst kettlebell, barbell and bodyweight techniques.  Our Strength Classes and Endurance Classes are based on scientifically proven programming and are the perfect combination of fun and challenging!  Our Yoga Classes are Yoga Tune Up® style, where you will not only learn self massage skills with therapy balls to relieve aches and pains, you will learn to move your body more mindfully and efficiently. Beginners and experienced trainees are all welcome!

Here are the group training sessions you can attend:

  • Strength – Our signature Strength classes will take you through a total body training session. This is more than just a workout! We will teach you the “skill of strength”, and techniques to get the most out of your strength work using kettlebells, body weight, and TRX Suspension training.  Build strength, burn fat and set new personal records in our Strength classes!  Offered Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm.


  • Endurance – Cardio training, upgraded! These classes are focused on developing speed, power, and cardiovascular conditioning, as well as the ability to sustain these qualities and recover quickly so you feel great the next day! Offered Wednesday at 8am, 10am, 5pm and 6pm, Friday at 6am, and Saturday at 10:30am. 


  • Yoga Recharge – A great way to end your training week, join Coach Kati for a yoga class with a therapy ball roll-out, stretching, breathing and meditation. Offered Friday at 6pm Saturday at 8:30am. PLEASE NOTE:  There is no 6pm yoga class Friday 12/06 due to our holiday party!


  • Breakthrough Boxing – Experience Coach Caleb’s blended martial arts classes where you will not only have a great workout, but you will also learn real, practical self-defense techniques.  Offered Tuesday at 7pm and Saturday at 9:30am.



Now is a great time to try a class and see if Breakthrough might be a good fit for your fitness goals. Our prices will be increasing in January 2020, but anyone who joins in December can lock in our best rates before the membership fees go up!
