Never Mind the BS,
Let's Talk Nutrition

FREE Seminar

Saturday January 20th

At 1:00PM

As the New Year begins, are you contemplating doing yet another restrictive diet, detox or cleanse? Feel like you've tried it all and nothing seems to work long-term? Do you have nutrition questions, but aren't sure where to turn for honest answers?

Whether you want to lose weight, improve your relationship with food, or make nutrition simpler, we promise you won't want to miss this Seminar! We called it "Never Mind the BS" because the diet industry is always trying to promote some "BS" that is either too good to be true, or potentially detrimental to long-term health.

In addition to no BS, here is what you can expect when you join us on Saturday 1/20:

  • We won't be selling supplements, meal plans, cleanses, short-term challenges, or ANYTHING at all!

  • We won't be promoting restrictive diets, or a one-size-fits-all approach.

  • We will be sharing solutions for nutrition challenges we all face, and the most important steps you can take if you want to make improvements to how you eat.

  • BONUS - We want to cover the nutrition topics most important to you! So when you RSVP to attend, you can include questions, challenges you experience, and anything you need ideas for when it comes to food. We will make sure to include these things in the Seminar.

We presented this Seminar last year, and it was a packed house! So we are bringing it back, and keeping it FREE. All are welcome to attend, because we love our community and we hate to see people we care about struggling with nutrition.

Never Mind  the BS,

Let's Talk Nutrition

Saturday 1/20 at 1:00pm

This Seminar will be led by Breakthrough Co-Owner, Kati Terray, a Precision Nutrition Coach and fitness professional for over 14 years. She will talk honestly about nutrition myths to let go of, and what really works long-term.

Don't forget to include the topics you'd like to hear about, and what you need help with when you RSVP!
