All kidding aside, the shoulder girdle is a complex area of the body that needs to be trained and treated in a variety of ways, and unfortunately it’s easy to miss a critical component of shoulder health.

- Mobility and Stability drills you can do in just minutes a day, using fun tools like Indian Clubs, the ProBar, Kettlebells, and your own bodyweight
- Proper shoulder mechanics for cool things like taking weights overhead and doing pull ups
