8 Crazy Nights Bodyweight Workout

With the holidays officially here, you may find yourself traveling or short on time and needing a workout you can get done quickly. We’ve got you covered! All you need is a little floor space and maybe something to use for an incline for this bodyweight endurance session.

Set a timer (or watch the clock) for 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off. Do each series first working for 30 seconds and resting for 30 seconds. Then string all 4 exercises together to work for 2 minutes, and rest for 2 minutes before going on to the next series. Since the workout repeats each of the four series twice, and since Hanukkah starts tomorrow, we call this "8 Crazy Nights"!


Series 1 (warm up):

Dying Bug

Alternating Forward Lunge with Overhead Reach

Single Leg Balance Practice Right Side

Single Leg Balance Practice Left Side

Series 2:

Rolling 45s

Baby Crawl (knees down) or Leopard Crawl (knees up)

Alternating Lateral Lunge

Speed Squat

Series 3:

Alternating Quadruped Sit Throughs

Blast Off Push Up (can do on incline)

Single Leg Hip Hinge with Knee Drive

Squat Kickers

Series 4:

Deep Squat Walkout to Tall Plank

Push Up with T-Rotation (can do on incline)

Alternating Cross Behind Lunge

Alternating Continuous Lateral Bound
