You Go, I Go Fun!

You Go, I Go workouts are a fun way to get in some variety skills practice with a really simple idea – While you work, your training partner rests, and vice versa. You could do these quick training sessions as “movement snacks” during your Super Bowl party… or do a few rounds with your sweetheart as a Valentine’s Day workout! If you are flying solo this weekend, no problem! Just try for equal work to rest in between exercises, and take a longer rest if you do multiple rounds.

Here are three ideas from your Breakthrough Team using bodyweight and a single kettlebell:

Workout 1

5 each Russian Twist

10 2 Handed Swings

10 Speed Squats

5 Blast Off Push Ups

5 each Jumping Split Squats

5 each Kettlebell Snatches

Workout 2

5 each Rolling 45s

10 2 Handed Swings

10 Burpees

5 Goblet Squats

5 each Single Arm Swing

Workout 3

5 each Dying Bug

5 each Shoulder Tap Push Ups or Shoulder Tap Planks

5 each Single Leg Deadlift

5 each Sumo Rows

5 each Hand to Hand Swings
