Please fill out the form below to cancel your membership.
All memberships have a 30 day guarantee (45 days if the total amount of the agreement is for $2500 or more). After 30 days the membership cannot be cancelled unless the member moves 25 miles or more from the gym (N/A for remote members) and can provide a utility bill with the new address, or has a doctor’s note stating they can no longer train.
